Account Permissions
Applies to: Employees, Student Employees, Accounts
When an account is created, you receive basic services based on your account type.
A request will need to be entered by your supervisor for any administrative permissions or department-specific resource access. Please do not submit this form more than 5 business days before the official start date of a new employee. This ensures that the HR employment data has been entered in the system which is a pre-requisite for all permission assignments.
To request additional services or permissions:
- Navigate to the Online Support Center and sign in
- Navigate to Accounts
- Click on 1. Account Requests
- Select Employee Type
- Fill out the Required Fields
- Click Submit
