If you are enrolled in the Password Reset Tool and do not know your last working password, go to Password Reset Tool and click RESET. This will walk you through answering the three security questions you set up for yourself. If you answer the questions incorrectly or receive a message letting you know you're locked out of the Password Reset Tool you must call the IT Help Desk at 214-768-4357.
The new password must differ from your last 10 passwords and may not contain part of your name or SMU ID#. It must be at least 12 characters long and include the following character types:
