Adobe - Creative Cloud Account

The Adobe Creative Cloud suite is now managed on all SMU computers via the Adobe Creative Cloud app. As a result, users will be asked to login with their SMU Adobe Creative Cloud account in order to access Creative Cloud applications on SMU computers. This will also allow users to save and backup Creative Cloud files in their SMU Adobe Creative Cloud account. Users can login to Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop or InDesign, or directly into the Creative Cloud app. Please follow the appropriate instructions below to login to your SMU Adobe Creative Cloud account.

Login through a specific Adobe Application

1. Launch any Adobe application
2. When the Sign in Required box appears, select Sign in Now
3. Enter your SMU email address (i.e. - example@smu.edu)
4. Click Sign in with an Enterprise ID
5. Wait to be redirected to the SMU Adobe Creative Cloud login page
6. Enter your SMU ID number and password
7. Click Login

Login through Adobe Creative Cloud app

1. Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud app
2. When the Sign in Required box appears, select Sign in Now
3. Enter your SMU email address (i.e. - example@smu.edu)
4. Click Sign in with an Enterprise ID
5. Wait to be redirected to the SMU Adobe Creative Cloud login page
6. Enter your SMU ID number and password
7. Click Login
