Printers and AppsSMU

When using FileMaker Pro through Apps.SMU, printers should reflect the printers configured on your machine. If your printers are not reflected in AppsSMU and FileMaker Pro do the following:

Verify your printers are configured and working on your machine:

PC:

  1. Go to Start
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Devices
  4. Click Add a Printer or Scanner
  5. Select your printer based on the SMU tag number
  6. Click Add

Mac:

  1. Click the Apple Menu
  2. Click System Preferences
  3. Click Printer and Scanners
  4. If your printers need to be added
  5. Click +
  6. Select your printer based on the SMU tag number
  7. Click Add

Retry printing with AppsSMU and FileMaker Pro:

  1. Disconnect from AppsSMU/Citrix Receiver
  2. Restart your Computer
  3. Retry printing
