Installing the Microsoft Authenticator App

Warning: Make sure to choose the "Microsoft Authenticator" app, offered for free by Microsoft Corporation. Be cautious of other apps with similar names or icons, as they are not the official, trusted Microsoft application.

or download and install Authenticator from the Apple app store.
 

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap the Search icon
  3. Type: Microsoft Authenticator
  4. Tap Get or the download icon to install the app

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap the Search bar
  3. Type: Microsoft Authenticator
  4. Tap Install to download the app
