Account Permissions

Applies to: Employees, Student Employees, Accounts

When an account is created you receive basic services based on your account type.

A request will need to be entered by your supervisor for any administrative permissions or department-specific resource access. Please do not submit this form more than 5 business days before the official start date of a new employee.  This ensures that the HR employment data has been entered in the system which is a pre-requisite for all permission assignments. 

To request additional services or permissions:

  1. Navigate to the Online Support Center and sign in
  2. Navigate to Accounts
  3. Click on 1. Account Requests
  4. Select Employee Type
  5. Fill out the Required Fields
  6. Click Submit
