Employee Mobile - iOS Apple Mail
Applies to: Employees, Student, and Apple Mail for iOS

- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Scroll down and tap Mail
- Tap Accounts
- Tap Add Account
- Select Microsoft Exchange
- Enter your SMU official email address when prompted
- Note: School-specific email addresses are not valid. The email address should be formatted as @smu.edu and not @mail.smu.edu
- Description: Whatever you want to call the account (Exchange, SMU, etc.)
- Tap Next and choose Sign In when prompted to select between Configure Manually or Sign In
- You will be presented with the SMU Single Sign-On screen. Sign in with your SMU credentials (NetID and password) and enter the 6-digit code from your screen on your DUO mobile app
- Select Yes, trust Browser
- Select the apps you want to use with the account (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes)
- Tap Save
- Open the new account listed in Accounts and change Mail Days to Sync to No Limit
